Responsibilities:
Handle approvals with DM, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defence, and other UAE authorities
Prepare and submit drawings, documents, and NOCs
Coordinate revisions, inspections, and authority comments
Review architectural & MEP drawings for compliance
Maintain approval records and follow up to ensure timely clearance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural/MEP Engineering
SOE Card required
2–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out approvals
Strong knowledge of UAE authority portals and regulations
Good communication and AutoCAD skills
