Job Details



  • Proven Experience in managing High-end projects in Joinery and Fi-tout for Residential, Restaurants and Retail stores.

  • Ability to review drawings and execute projects with the assigned team and qualified sub-contractors.

  • Prepare Planning/scheduling and Quotations of the projects.

  • Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Expert knowledge of Joinery, Interior fit-out work regulations and quality standards

  • Must have worked at Interior project sites to understand Project, Procurement planning, Project scheduling, Site / Project Engineering & Supervision, Records upkeep etc.

  • Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.



Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience as a Site supervisor in a reputed Fitout and Joinery with proven experience in the successful execution of a minimum of 20 residential and commercial projects.

  • ​Valid UAE Driving License

  • Fluent English and Hindi/Urdu

  • Engineering background is a strong plus.
