Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings across platforms, supporting sales teams, and ensuring listing accuracy and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and upload property listings on real estate portals and CRM platforms



  • Coordinate with agents to gather complete listing details and required documentation



  • Ensure that all listings are accurate, professional, and up-to-date



  • Track listing performance and suggest optimizations



  • Handle photo uploads, pricing updates, and client-facing property data



  • Support the admin and sales team with listing-related coordination



  • Maintain listing records and generate weekly reports





Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry



  • Strong familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals



  • Experience using CRMs (e.g., PropSpace, Masterkey)



  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills



  • Strong communication and coordination abilities



  • Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools



  • Candidates with immediate availability preferred
