We are an AV equipment rental company based in Dubai, U.A.E. and we provide rental services for events such as: Live Concerts, Private Parties, Product Launches, Weddings etc .We specialise in complete audio, video and lighting.We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality AV solutions to ensure successful and impactful events for our clients.

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about AV technology and has a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and target potential clients in need of AV equipment rental services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of AV services.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company’s services.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the AV equipment rental or events industry.

  • Strong understanding of AV technology and equipment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
