Sales & Customer Engagement:
Actively promote and sell Great Wall Motors vehicles to walk-in customers and prospective leads.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight product features and benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle models, financing options, and accessories.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Manage the entire sales process — from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and service excellence.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Documentation & Process Compliance:
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales documentation, including sales agreements, loan/finance applications, and delivery paperwork.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system for all customer interactions and sales activities.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with the latest product features, pricing, and promotional campaigns of GWM and competitors.
Understand automotive market trends and customer preferences to better position GWM products.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (excluding Toyota and Nissan).
Driving License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, vehicle financing options, and customer service best practices.
