Job Details


Sales & Customer Engagement:




  • Actively promote and sell Great Wall Motors vehicles to walk-in customers and prospective leads.



  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight product features and benefits.



  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle models, financing options, and accessories.



  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.



  • Manage the entire sales process — from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.



Customer Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.



  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and service excellence.



  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.



Documentation & Process Compliance:




  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales documentation, including sales agreements, loan/finance applications, and delivery paperwork.



  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to facilitate smooth transaction processing.



  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system for all customer interactions and sales activities.



Market & Product Knowledge:




  • Stay updated with the latest product features, pricing, and promotional campaigns of GWM and competitors.



  • Understand automotive market trends and customer preferences to better position GWM products.



  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.





Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).



  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (excluding Toyota and Nissan).




    • Candidates from luxury or premium retail backgrounds may also be considered if non-automotive.




  • Driving License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license.



  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic speaking is an added advantage.



  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, vehicle financing options, and customer service best practices.
