Job Details



  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and related components in accordance with applicable codes and standards.

  • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues, leaks, or inefficiencies

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning fixtures, and implement effective repair solutions.

  • Replace faulty components and parts, ensuring the integrity and functionality of the plumbing systems.

  • Maintain and repair drainage and sewage systems, including unclogging drains, fixing sewer line issues, and addressing any related problems.

  • Coordinate with other maintenance teams, engineers, and supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing systems and their integration with other building systems.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on work progress and potential challenges.

  • Maintain accurate records of all plumbing maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.

  • Generate detailed reports on plumbing system status, issues, and recommendations for further action.



Requirements

  • Min 2 year in UAE 

  • Should have work experience in Facility/Maintenance industry

  • Team player and hard working
