We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead on-site labour teams and ensure quality workmanship in interior fit-out projects. The candidate should be hands-on with fit-out methods and capable of managing site activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion.
Maintain work discipline, quality standards, and site cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with safety and technical specifications.
Report daily progress to Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Assist in material handling, inspection, and inventory on-site.
Requirements
Diploma/Trade Certificate in Civil or related field.
2–3 years UAE experience as a foreman in interior fit-out.
In-depth knowledge of partitions, ceiling, joinery, and finishes.
Ability to read basic AutoCAD layouts and translate them on-site.
Strong team supervision, communication, and time management skills.
