Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, and cost estimation for MEP works
Track project variations, claims, and cost control
Liaise with vendors, subcontractors & procurement team
Prepare and evaluate tender documents and bids
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Coordinate with engineers for scope of work clarification
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering
Fit-out project experience is a must
Min 5-8 years of experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical costing
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software
UAE DL is required.
