We are seeking an experiencedPlanning Managerto lead the planning and scheduling functions for large-scale infrastructure projects, Electrical Projects and other civil works. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, resource allocation, and coordination, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for infrastructure projects.
  


• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure alignment of project deliverables with infrastructure objectives.
  


• Lead project risk assessments and mitigation planning for complex infrastructure developments.
  


• Oversee the planning process from pre-construction to project handover, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  


• Conduct resource planning and manage manpower and equipment allocation for infrastructure projects.
  


• UsePrimavera P6and other relevant software to track project milestones and deliverables.
  


• Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including municipalities and utility companies.
  


• Perform critical path analysis, delay management, and recommend corrective actions for any deviations in project schedules.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or related field.
  


• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project planning & and civil engineering.
  


• Proficiency inPrimavera P6, MS Project, and other project planning software.
  


• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and government regulations for infrastructure development.
  


• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in PMP or similar project management programs.
  


• Expertise in contracts, procurement, and large-scale project management.
