We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily and strategic operations of a cleaning services business. This role involves supervising a large field team, ensuring contract delivery, maintaining service quality, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage supervisors, drivers, and cleaners across multiple locations
Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and service contracts
Handle client acquisition, retention, and complaint resolution
Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, and training
Ensure health and safety standards are met on all job sites
Manage inventory, procurement, and logistics of cleaning supplies
Monitor operational costs and suggest efficiency improvements
Generate performance and compliance reports for management
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in cleaning/facilities management (UAE/GCC preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and team coordination skills
Good knowledge of cleaning tools, materials, and service protocols
Fluent in English (Hindi/Nepali is a plus); strong reporting skills
Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
Strong client-facing and communication abilities
