Operate and drive transit mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete from batching plant to construction sites
Ensure concrete mix remains in correct condition during transit (slump control, drum rotation)
Safely navigate Dubai roads, construction zones, and plant routes
Communicate with dispatchers and project sites for delivery timing and adjustments
Maintain cleanliness of mixer drum and vehicle after each delivery
Inspect vehicle before trips and report any maintenance issues
Record delivery logs, timesheets, and load details
Adhere to UAE road laws, company driving policies, and site safety instructions
Proven experience driving ready-mix or heavy-duty vehicles
Knowledge of concrete behavior and handling during transit
Familiarity with Dubai city roads and traffic rules
Must possess a valid UAE Heavy Driving License – Category 4
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (cleaning drum, minor vehicle checks)
2–4 years in UAE/GCC preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,500–3,500/month
