Job Details



  • Estimating materials and labor costs for specific projects

  • Coordinating the work performed by other construction workers on a project site, including skilled laborers and unskilled laborers

  • Scheduling work crews to ensure that projects are completed on time

  • Coordinating with architects or engineers to ensure that construction plans meet building codes and standards

  • Reviewing blueprints and other construction plans to determine feasibility of design ideas



Requirements

  • High school diploma 

  • Relevant certificate may be required.

  • Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping.

  • On-the-job training as a landscape crew member.

  • Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous.

  • Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions
