Job Details



  • Handle all import shipments from shipment creation to delivery



  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. product lines, control tower) and external parties (freight forwarders, carriers)



  • Prepare required documentation for customs clearance



  • Review documents from the sending location and arrange required authority approvals (e.g. FANR, e-DAS, ESMA, TRA, MOI, MOH, etc.)



  • Request and follow up with origin countries for pre-alerts and update milestones in SAP



  • Coordinate clearance instructions with agents and ensure timely delivery



  • Keep WME updated and maintain a well-organized shipment file system



  • Arrange International Freight Invoice and COO, and gather clearance charges from agents



  • Maintain shipment reports including shipment number, declaration number, product line, agent name, and costs



  • Respond to emails and ensure timely updates to stakeholders





Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics



  • Strong knowledge of customs laws, port regulations, and coordination with port authorities



  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel



  • Strong customer service skills



  • Excellent communication and analytical skills



  • Team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset



  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
