Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Ensure accurate inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)

Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization

Lead and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance

Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and safety standards

Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and sales teams

Oversee timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet delivery schedules

Manage stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation

Track KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, stock loss, warehouse efficiency, etc.)

Handle maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure

Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety guidelines

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

5+ years of warehouse management experience (FMCG experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)

Proven leadership, planning, and decision-making skills

Hands-on experience with inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Knowledge of HSE standards in warehouse operations
