Job Details


  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.



  • Provide first-level technical support to office and site staff for IT-related issues (hardware/software/network).



  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, VPNs, and other network systems.



  • Manage user accounts, emails, file sharing, and access permissions (e.g., Microsoft 365, domain systems).



  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose faults, and resolve issues promptly.



  • Perform regular data backups, antivirus updates, and basic cybersecurity practices.



  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, software licenses, and system upgrades.



  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely servicing or replacement of equipment.



  • Assist in setting up new user systems and conducting basic IT orientation/training for staff.



  • Support software used by technical/design teams (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, project management tools).





Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.



  • 2–4 years of IT support experience (UAE experience preferred).



  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.



  • Familiarity with cloud services, backup solutions, antivirus, and firewalls.



  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.



  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.



  • Knowledge of ERP systems or interior fit-out software tools is an advantage.
