Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Project Supervisors (Mechanical) to oversee site execution in Oil & Gas projects. The role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering quality work within schedule and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site construction and mechanical activities related to Oil & Gas projects.
Ensure manpower, tools, and materials are effectively utilised.
Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and HSE teams.
Enforce strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
5–8 years of Oil & Gas experience in the GCC region.
Strong background in mechanical erection, fabrication, and maintenance works.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle large workforce teams on site.
Immediate availability preferred.
