Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects.



  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.



  • Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.



  • Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.



  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.



  • Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with relevant stakeholders.



  • Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials).



  • Prepare regular progress reports and present to senior management/client.



  • Ensure project documentation and contractual records are maintained properly.





Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (L&D certifications a plus)



  • 3–6 years’ experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the FMCG sector



  • Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, training tools, and e-learning platforms



  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills



  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess training ROI



  • Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
