Job Details


  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders.



  • Organize and store materials systematically for easy identification and access.



  • Issue materials to production or site teams based on approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.



  • Maintain stock levels and initiate reorder requests to avoid shortages or delays in project execution.



  • Update inventory records in the system and generate daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports.



  • Monitor the movement of materials in and out of the store and ensure proper documentation.



  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.



  • Coordinate with procurement, site, and project teams for material requirements and delivery timelines.



  • Identify and report damaged or non-compliant materials to the concerned departments.



  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist in audits.





Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or diploma in storekeeping/logistics is a plus.



  • 2–4 years of experience as a storekeeper or store executive, preferably in joinery, fit-out, or construction.



  • Familiarity with interior fit-out materials (wood, laminates, hardware, finishes, etc.).



  • Proficient in using inventory management systems or ERP software.



  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.



  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.



  • Ability to work independently and handle material movement efficiently.
