Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to general enquiries
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages to sales representative
- Maintaining the Vendor/ customer files as per company guidelines
- Preparing and tracking sales proposals/agreements.
- Assisting customers on requests that can be handled internally within the framework of delegated responsibility.
- Promoting communication, coordination, and cooperation between Marketing and other departments.
- Assisting in maintaining the customer base through good service and customer support
- Handling incoming sales calls and potential business deals
- Generating MIS reports for departments review.
