Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to general enquiries
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages to sales representative
  • Maintaining the Vendor/ customer files as per company guidelines
  • Preparing and tracking sales proposals/agreements.
  • Assisting customers on requests that can be handled internally within the framework of delegated responsibility.
  • Promoting communication, coordination, and cooperation between Marketing and other departments.
  • Assisting in maintaining the customer base through good service and customer support
  • Handling incoming sales calls and potential business deals
  • Generating MIS reports for departments review.
