Job Details

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, handle complaints efficiently, and support company operations with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Assist in order processing, billing, and follow-ups

Work collaboratively with other departments to improve customer experience

Meet performance targets and service quality standards

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools

Experience in UAE or international customer service environments

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
