We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager with experience in the e-commerce industry to lead HR operations, talent management, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will drive HR processes, employee engagement, and support business growth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle

  • Lead talent acquisition for high-volume hiring (warehouse, logistics, customer support, tech roles)

  • Implement and manage HRIS systems (Workday/SAP/SuccessFactors preferred)

  • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management processes

  • Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law

  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making

  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives and process improvements
