A reputable company in the UAE is looking for a customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or surveys
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs
Follow company communication procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers
Good listening and problem-solving skills
