We’re looking for a senior, performance-driven Media Buyer to manage and scale multiple paid advertising campaigns across active funnels. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of budget, daily optimization, KPI delivery, and reporting—plus leadership to coordinate remote buyers.
Must-haves
5+ years proven Media Buying / Performance Marketing experience
Managed ad spend up to $90,000/month
Meta Ads + Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Able to manage multiple funnels/campaigns simultaneously
Hands-on experience (or strong knowledge) in LinkedIn Ads + TikTok Ads
Experience with Hyros (or advanced tracking/attribution)
Strong daily KPI discipline: ROAS, CPA, CAC, funnel metrics
Confident use of AI tools for: copy, creative concepts, images, short-form video
