We are looking for a Customer Service Agent / Dispatcher to support daily store operations and manage smooth order processing.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer phone calls and handle live chats.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Verify order quality before dispatch to ensure it matches the product image.
  • Assign orders to delivery drivers and manage dispatch operations.
  • Handle store cash and submit daily financial reports.
  • Report low-stock items and note customer special requests.
