Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and handle live chats.

- Verify order quality before dispatch to ensure it matches the product image.
- Assign orders to delivery drivers and manage dispatch operations.
- Handle store cash and submit daily financial reports.
- Report low-stock items and note customer special requests.
