We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
This is not a routine administrative role. It is a position for someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership, and can operate with a high level of independence, discretion, and judgment.
You will be closely involved in business operations, strategic coordination, and day-to-day execution across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a right hand to the CEO in managing priorities, time, and key deliverables
- Coordinate high-level meetings, communications, and decision follow-ups
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones and business activities
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion
- Support execution of business initiatives by tracking progress and ensuring accountability
- Act as a coordination hub between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare concise reports, summaries, and briefing notes for decision-making
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Be available and responsive when needed, including outside standard working hours
Skills
Who We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
- Strong sense of ownership — you don’t wait to be told, you anticipate
- Comfortable working in a high-demand, fast-changing environment
- Able to handle pressure, ambiguity, and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communicator with excellent English (Arabic is a plus)
- High level of professionalism, loyalty, and confidentiality
- Emotionally intelligent and able to manage different personalities
- Flexible, committed, and willing to go the extra mile when needed
What Sets This Role Apart:
- Direct exposure to business decision-making and leadership
- Involvement in multiple business lines and projects
- Opportunity to grow into a broader operational or managerial role over time
- A dynamic environment that rewards performance, ownership, and reliability
Important:
This role requires commitment, flexibility, and availability beyond standard office hours when necessary. It is best suited for individuals seeking long-term growth and close involvement with leadership, rather than a routine 9-to-5 position.
