About the Role

As a Senior Lawyer, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership, delivering high-level legal counsel with precision, discretion, and strong commercial insight while supervising and guiding junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, property and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
• Lead and manage complex transactions and legal projects
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development

Skills

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Law
• Strong knowledge of UAE legal framework and Common Law principles
• Proven experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
