📍 Location: Dubai📄 Contract: 1 year (on TASC payroll)💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,500🗣 Language: Arabic (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions (calls, chats, emails) Ensure quality standards are met across all customer service verticals Provide feedback, coaching insights, and performance reports Identify gaps and recommend process improvements Maintain quality scorecards and documentation
