Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the complete business setup plan for Legend AutoHub, covering facilities, team, processes, and technology.
  • Identify, plan, and establish used car showrooms and service centers aligned with Legend Motors’ brand standards.
  • Collaborate with management and external partners for licensing, regulatory approvals, RTA registrations, insurance, and financial arrangements.
  • Create operational policies, pricing frameworks, and performance standards for the division.
  • Develop the business model, financial projections, and go-to-market strategy for used cars (retail + export).
  • Analyze UAE and international used car markets to identify profitable segments, pricing opportunities, and sourcing channels.
  • Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, finance companies, and logistics providers to enable rapid scaling.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a multi-functional team (Sales, Procurement, Marketing, Operations, Service, Administration).
  • Establish KPIs and performance culture focused on results, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to ensure high motivation, alignment, and accountability within the team.
  • Set up and manage vehicle sourcing channels (trade-ins, bulk purchases, auctions, local and international suppliers).
  • Define pricing strategy to balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Establish appraisal and quality control processes for all incoming inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels, aging, and turnover to ensure optimum utilization of capital.
  • Lead the sales operations (online and offline) to achieve defined targets.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to launch campaigns, brand identity, and digital presence for Legend AutoHub.
  • Oversee listing management on digital platforms, customer engagement via CRM, and lead conversion efficiency.
  • Implement customer experience standards that promote trust and repeat business.
  • Identify and develop export markets and trading partners in Africa, Asia, and other potential regions.
  • Build export pricing, documentation, and logistics frameworks.
  • Coordinate with the Group’s export team for synergy and shared opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations: from vehicle intake to sale and after-sales support.
  • Set up systems for documentation, RTA processing, financing, insurance, and after-sales coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to all UAE automotive and export regulations and company compliance standards.
  • Prepare budgets, track performance, and ensure profitability within defined targets.
  • Maintain detailed financial and operational dashboards for management visibility.
  • Recommend cost optimization and margin improvement measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of establishing or scaling a used car or automotive business.
  • Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, RTA regulations, sourcing channels, and export procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, financial analysis, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in CRM/DMS systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
