Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on hot water and steam boiler
Burner Troubleshooting: Diagnose ignition failures, flame instability, and control circuit faults.
Safety Testing: Regularly test pressure relief valves, low-water cutoffs, and flame safeguards.
Efficiency Optimization: Adjust air-fuel ratios using a flue gas analyzer to improve combustion.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years in industrial boiler maintenance (Experience with brands like Thermax or ISGEC is a plus).
Certifications: Valid IBR Boiler Attendant Certificate (India) or equivalent regional certification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using multimeters or manometers.
Note: Diploma or degree related to electrical will be added advantage
