About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional based in Madhya Pradesh with 2–7 years of experience to manage end-to-end human resources functions. This role will focus on employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, HR policies compliance, and talent acquisition, ensuring a positive workplace culture and streamlined HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements
Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
Oversee employee relations initiatives, addressing conflicts and promoting a positive work environment
Coordinate and drive performance management cycles, including appraisals and development plans
Ensure compliance with state and national labor laws and regulations
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and talent gaps
Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and integration of new hires
Maintain HR records and generate regular reports on HR metrics
Lead talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and campus outreach
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2–7 years of HR generalist experience with demonstrable skills in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance
Strong knowledge of Madhya Pradesh and Indian labor laws and HR policies
Proven track record in talent acquisition and selection processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
High level of interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI, or equivalent)
Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms
Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
Exposure to organizational development or change management initiatives
Multilingual skills, including local dialects of Madhya Pradesh
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or manufacturing environment
