About the role

Our client, a leader in the FMCG industry, is seeking a product manager to join their team. As a product manager, you will report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have product direction and planning, product delivery and coordination, and performance and growth management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

About the requirements

Set a clear product direction aligned with business growth and customer satisfaction goals. Plan and prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.

Build a strong understanding of customer needs through research, direct engagement, and market analysis. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement. Turn customer and market insights into clear product requirements and improvement ideas.

Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to launch and ongoing improvement. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Ensure product releases are well-prepared, communicated, and supported internally.

Define and track success measures to evaluate product performance and user engagement. Identify opportunities to increase usage, customer retention, and overall value. Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to support product launches and adoption.

Ensure products meet required regulatory, security, and data privacy standards. Embed appropriate controls and approvals into product processes. Take accountability for product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

About you

Minimum 15 years of proven experience leading product teams and managing complex products or platforms.

Strong ability to prioritize, make decisions, and manage stakeholders at senior levels.

Experience translating business objectives into clear product plans and outcomes.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with technology, operations, compliance, and commercial teams.
