- Design personalized travel itineraries that reflect clients' preferences and budgets, including unique experiences and local attractions.
- Provide expert advice on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health precautions to ensure a hassle-free journey for clients.
- Utilize advanced booking systems to secure the best rates on flights, accommodations, and transportation, optimizing cost and convenience.
- Resolve any issues that arise during travel, acting as a liaison between clients and service providers to ensure satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field, reflecting a solid educational foundation.
- At least 3 years of experience in travel consulting or a related role, demonstrating a proven track record of client satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications such as Travel Agent Certification (TAC) or Certified Travel Associate (CTA) to validate expertise.
- Experience with global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre, showcasing technical proficiency in travel booking.
