Bike Rider (Delivery Operations – Talabat Project)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Bike Rider for delivery operations under a Bike Rider project across Dubai. The role involves ensuring timely, safe, and efficient food & grocery deliveries while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and grocery orders to customers across Dubai

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of assigned orders.

• Maintain proper communication with customers and supervisors

• Follow all traffic rules and company guidelines

Eligibility Requirements

• Age: 19 to 50 years.

• Valid indian two-wheeler driving license from your home country (mandatory).

• Basic communication skills.

• Physically fit and able to handle delivery.

Working Hours

• 10 hours per day.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 3,000 per month.

• Delivery Incentive: AED 2.5 per parcel. Commission starts from the first delivery.

• Minimum Delivery Target: 20 deliveries per day.

• Company-provided accommodation.

• Food provided only during the first 2 months.

• UAE bike license sponsorship available for all selected candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Training & UAE Bike License Support

Candidates who do not have a UAE bike license will receive company-sponsored support for obtaining one.

• The licence cost will be borne by the company and won't be deducted from salary.

• Estimated license processing period: 25 days.

• During this period, candidates will deliver by bicycle

• Trainees will receive a salary of AED 3,000 per month during the training period (until they get their bike licence).

• Food will be provided by the company until the UAE bike license is obtained.

• Upon receiving the UAE driving license and beginning independent delivery operations, candidates will become eligible for delivery incentives.

• Food expenses will be the employee's responsibility after obtaining the UAE driving license.

Visa Processing & Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of AED 1,050 is required for visa application processing.

• The deposit will be refunded after successful completion of the 3-month probation period.

• Additional terms and conditions will be communicated during the recruitment process.

GAMCA medical fitness test.
