Roles & Responsibilities
Contributing to the preparation and updating of the strategic plan for initiatives and projects listed under the Transportation and Maintenance Department within the Logistics Support Department
Scheduling the cleaning operations for the fleet of vehicles of the Protocol and Hospitality Department, as well as garage maintenance and cleaning work, and ensuring the availability of modern equipment necessary for carrying out cleaning and sanitizing the vehicles.
Conduct periodic presentations on logistics support management projects and initiatives, and budget requirements in terms of financial and human resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management, Logistics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent from a globally recognized university.
Years of experience required
Bachelor's degree: 2-4 years of work experience.
Master's degree: 0-2 years of work experience.
Required job skills
Proficiency in writing, speaking, and comprehension in both Arabic and English.
Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
The skill of planning, managing, implementing and applying projects.
