Roles & Responsibilities
HVAC System Management
Assist with diagnostics and repairs on diverse HVAC systems to restore optimal heating and cooling.
Fix and maintain ductwork configurations to ensure balanced airflow across varied property types.
Support chiller piping installations and modifications, checking for leaks and applying insulation.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units to extend equipment life and prevent breakdowns.
Install new HVAC components and units according to manufacturer manuals and industry standards.
Electrical Infrastructure Maintenance
Conduct visual inspections of wiring, lighting, and panels to proactively spot potential hazards.
Execute preventative maintenance tasks on motors, transformers, and industrial switchgear.
Troubleshoot basic electrical faults using standard diagnostic tools to minimize system downtime.
Replace defective components including switches, breakers, and wiring under strict safety supervision.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Licensures
Academic Foundation: Diploma or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
HVAC Credentials: HVAC certification from an accredited institution.
Field Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of practical electrical and HVAC maintenance experience within commercial or industrial settings.
System Understanding: Solid grasp of electrical networks, including power distribution, control circuits, and motor controls.
