Roles & Responsibilities

HVAC System Management

• Assist with diagnostics and repairs on diverse HVAC systems to restore optimal heating and cooling.

• Fix and maintain ductwork configurations to ensure balanced airflow across varied property types.

• Support chiller piping installations and modifications, checking for leaks and applying insulation.

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units to extend equipment life and prevent breakdowns.

• Install new HVAC components and units according to manufacturer manuals and industry standards.

Electrical Infrastructure Maintenance

• Conduct visual inspections of wiring, lighting, and panels to proactively spot potential hazards.

• Execute preventative maintenance tasks on motors, transformers, and industrial switchgear.

• Troubleshoot basic electrical faults using standard diagnostic tools to minimize system downtime.

• Replace defective components including switches, breakers, and wiring under strict safety supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Licensures

• Academic Foundation: Diploma or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• HVAC Credentials: HVAC certification from an accredited institution.

• Field Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of practical electrical and HVAC maintenance experience within commercial or industrial settings.

• System Understanding: Solid grasp of electrical networks, including power distribution, control circuits, and motor controls.
