Job Description
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the Salon Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the salon.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and create a positive first impression of the salon.
Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and client inquiries.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
Maintain and update client records in the booking system.
Coordinate schedules with stylists, technicians, and other salon staff.
Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and special offers.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist the Salon Manager with daily administrative duties, reports, inventory tracking, staff scheduling, and general operational support.
Help monitor salon supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Support the team in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or within the Salon/Beauty industry is mandatory.
Previous experience in a salon, spa, beauty center, or wellness facility is highly preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems.
Ability to work independently and support management when needed.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience: 1–2 years
Industry Experience: Salon, Spa, Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, or Front Desk Operations
Residence Location: UAE preferred
