Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell biomedical equipment and healthcare technology solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare providers.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, explaining features, benefits, and clinical applications of medical devices.
Provide technical support and consultation to clients before, during, and after the sales process.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in accordance with customer requirements and company policies.
Install, test, and commission biomedical equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
Train healthcare staff and end-users on the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities, working closely with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare technologies to support business growth and product positioning.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements, while maintaining accurate sales records and technical documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales or technical support within the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
Deep understanding of medical device technologies, clinical applications, and healthcare market dynamics.
