What you'll be doing:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating hospitality and leisure agreements (hotel management agreements, franchise and licensing agreements, operator agreements, F&B and concession arrangements) Advising on hospitality-related real estate, development, and asset management matters Supporting transactions, openings, and brand launches alongside operations, development, and business teams Advising on regulatory and compliance matters specific to the hospitality and tourism sector (DTCM and other relevant authority requirements, licensing, and permits) Managing legal risk, red-flagging issues, and providing pragmatic, business-focused solutions Operating confidently within fast-paced, in-house environments
What we're looking for:A minimum of 5+ years' PQE, though this is flexible depending on experience and the secondment Strong familiarity with UAE hospitality, real estate, and regulatory frameworks, as well as the local contracting landscape A background that spans both private practice and in-house, ideally with direct exposure to hotel operators, owners, or developers Adaptability, pragmatism, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively A true consultant mindset, someone who genuinely enjoys partnering with the business
