Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet changing demands and deadlines.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain product standards and mitigate any defects.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives and resource allocation.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement of materials to prevent production delays.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.

• Prepare production reports and communicate performance updates to management.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of materials and supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/ B tech graduate (mechanical or automobile)
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in production principles.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are highly preferred, showcasing commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Experience in a specific industry, such as automotive or pharmaceuticals, to understand unique production challenges.
• Technical skills in using production management software and understanding of machinery operation for hands-on oversight.
• Experience in handling a team at production.
• 1 to 2 years UAE experience. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
