Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across projects.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and international safety standards.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams and subcontractors.
Lead HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
Monitor project HSE performance and prepare reports for management and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of experience in the Health and Safety field, preferably in high-rise building projects.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6 or equivalent) is mandatory.
ADOSH-SF Practitioner Course certification preferred.
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
Proven experience managing HSE operations for large-scale construction projects in the UAE.
