Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Requirements:

    • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

    • Candidates on a valid Husband's Visa are preferred.

    • Well-organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate company documents, including Trade Licenses, Memorandum of Association (MOA), and other official documents, from Arabic to English.

    • Prepare and maintain various MIS reports with accuracy and timely updates.

    • Draft and prepare letters and supporting documentation for mortgage loan applications.

    • Coordinate and initiate property valuation requests with external valuation agencies.

    • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the department, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the [Specify Industry, e.g., international relations, technology, finance] sector.
  • Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English, with the ability to translate and interpret effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.
