Role Description The Pakistan Roadshows role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role is responsible for planning and executing property-focused roadshows and events targeting clients and prospects from Pakistan, including coordinating logistics, venues, and promotional materials. The individual will engage with potential buyers and investors, present Marrfa’s offerings, answer queries, and provide initial guidance on investment opportunities in Dubai. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and sales teams, managing event schedules, maintaining follow-up communication with leads, and preparing reports on roadshow performance and client feedback. The role also involves building partnerships with local agencies and community groups to enhance Marrfa’s visibility and credibility within the Pakistan market segment.
Qualifications
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events or roadshows, including logistics management and stakeholder coordination. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage diverse audiences and build trust with potential clients. Experience or strong interest in real estate, property investment, or financial advisory services, preferably within the Dubai market. Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Urdu or other regional languages from Pakistan is highly beneficial. Comfort with client relationship management tools and basic office software (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation tools). Ability to work on-site in Dubai, travel as needed for events, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
