Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute precise installation and assembly of components according to blueprints and technical specifications, ensuring structural integrity and functionality.
- Operate and maintain specialized machinery and power tools safely and efficiently, performing routine checks to prevent malfunctions.
- Conduct quality control inspections on finished work, identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from standards.
- Perform skilled repairs and maintenance on equipment and structures, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a vocational certificate or diploma in a relevant trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
Have a minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar skilled labour role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
Demonstrate proficiency in operating specific machinery and tools relevant to the trade, with a focus on safety and precision.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately.
