Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate plumbing teams on-site, ensuring all adhere to safety standards and plumbing standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet project program and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between main contractor and consultant, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior plumbers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly, minimizing project delays and client dissatisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports/work program and progress report for engineer review.
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing installations to ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 Year UAE Experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Villa/Community project will be an advantage.
