<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li>Lead and coordinate plumbing teams on-site, ensuring all adhere to safety standards and plumbing standards.</li><li>Develop and manage project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet project program and deadlines.</li><li>Facilitate communication between main contractor and consultant, to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior plumbers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly, minimizing project delays and client dissatisfaction.</li><li>Prepare daily reports/work program and progress report for engineer review.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of plumbing installations to ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards.</li></ul><br></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 Year UAE Experience is mandatory.</li><li>Experience in Villa/Community project will be an advantage.</li></ul><p></p></section>
