Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate fuel pumps efficiently, ensuring accurate fuel dispensing and preventing spills or overfills, prioritizing safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with fuel selection, and processing transactions accurately and courteously, building rapport.
- Monitor fuel levels and maintain accurate records of inventory, promptly reporting any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, including pumps, hoses, and nozzles, to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some vocational training is a plus.
- Possesses a valid driver's license; previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Certification in safe fuel handling procedures and basic first aid/CPR is a must.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
