• Lead a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and mentorship to foster skill development and teamwork.

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

ey Skills Required:

• Substation installation and maintenance

• Transformer and MV/LV electrical panel installation

• MV & LV cable laying, glanding, and termination

• Team supervision and manpower management

• Cable containment system installation

• Reading and interpreting SLDs and electrical drawings

• Experience in industrial and plant projects

• Fault identification and troubleshooting

• Monitoring work progress, manpower productivity, and material usage
