Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors in the UAE.
Solution Selling: Promote and sell ELV offerings, including:
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Systems
Vehicle Parking Barriers & Access Control
Integrated ELV and Physical Security Systems
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and site surveys to technical-commercial bidding, negotiation, and closing.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging security technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience specifically within the UAE CCTV, ANPR, Barrier, and ELV industry.
License: A valid UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of physical security architectures, access control, and ELV integration.
Network: An existing network of contractors, fit-out firms, or facilities management companies in the UAE is highly advantageous.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (English fluency is required).
