Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations during the shift, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing minor issues promptly. submit and coordinate maintenance requests, monitor and document housekeeping and security performance, and track junior staff attendance to maintain operational efficiency. uphold site standards and supporting overall site management.
Oversee and manage all on-ground operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and adherence to destination standards .attend any additional tasks assigned by the Operations in charge.
Identify and report any maintenance or facility-related issues, prepare all required work permits, coordinate with the facility management team, and follow up until resolution.
Monitor attendance and performance of housekeeping, security, and support staff.
Ensure all safety measures, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained across the site, addressing any potential hazards immediately.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including incident reports, maintenance updates, and general observations.
First point of contact for visitors to address operational concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Ensure all site activities comply with company's operational policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
Prepare weekly staff shifts & brakes schedules, and annual leave plan.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor Degree in Operations or Facility Management or High School Diploma with minimum of 3 years in related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, facilities, or site supervision, preferably in hospitality, public destinations, or property management.
